Florida Library Snapshot Day at Palm Beach State

January 30, several of our staff carried cameras and smart phones all day to take pictures of students, faculty and staff using our library.

What happens in one day in our library?
See below!

Results from FLA, (Florida Library Association), will be presented to the Florida Legislature on Library Day, today, March 12th, in Tallahassee.   FLA will post all the Library Snapshot Day pictures from over 500 participating libraries around Florida.

It's very interesting to read the statistics from the last Florida Library Snapshot Day, November 2, 2011.
http://www.flalib.org/snapshot_day

On a single day over a quarter of a million patrons used Florida's libraries.  Let's see what January 30th, 2013 statistics will be like when posted mid-March by FLA. When available, we will post that new link here in our blog.
